SAINSBURY CENTRE
Salary on appointment will be £23,581 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £25,433 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Administrator to join the Sainsbury Centre Learning Team. The aim of the Learning Team is to build relationships between people, art and ideas. You will provide administrative assistance to all members of the team, as well as coordinate the activities of the Sainsbury Centre volunteers (including our guides).
Key duties of the role include providing administrative support for the learning team, including assisting with practical and logistical support for the learning programme, supporting the team event management, administration and facilitation, coordinating the volunteer programme and working with Centre colleagues in events, hospitality and Visitor Services to coordinate adult group bookings.
You will have proven experience in a similar role, providing administrative support for a team and will have experience in coordinating volunteers. You must be able to evidence that you meet all the essential criteria detailed in the Candidate Brochure.
This part-time (0.7FTE) post is available on an indefinite basis.
