The post holder will play a leading strategic role in the Tutorial Office, playing a vital role in managing and overseeing the work of the Tutorial Office, ensuring it provides first-class administrative support to the College, and to the Senior Tutor and Deputy Senior Tutor in their tutorial duties. The post holder will interact with a wide range of College staff, departments and Fellows to support the arrival, integration, academic progression, assessment and wellbeing of our students. They will also be required to contribute as appropriate to strategic conversations across the Collegiate University via key intercollegiate committees.
The successful applicant will have strong management, organisational and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate sensitivity, confidentiality and pragmatism in dealing with a wide range of people from varying backgrounds. Recent experience of working in similar or related environments in a managerial or leadership role would be beneficial.
