Opportunity

The University of Salford’s Human Resources and Organisational Development Team is looking for an Employer brand and Marketing Projects lead to drive and evolve our employer brand and proposition. The role is part time, 22 hours per week.

We have recently made significant investment in developing our Employer Brand and value proposition to support us to attract and retain even more top talent. We are now looking to focus on building brand awareness and developing our internal and external brand so the experience is replicated across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to all aspects of working with us.

Key activities

  • Act as brand guardian of our Employee Value Proposition and create high quality, engaging content individually, through agencies and through upskilling others to work with brand toolkits and templates
  • Work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to use our toolkit to create attractive job advertisements, making suggestions on posting channels that will give us the most coverage
  • Support on the creation of Communication and Engagement assets for high impact People Led internal projects ensuring our internal and external employer brand is consistent, accessible and impactful
