We are looking to recruit a project officer to Professor Sofat’s team. She is Breckengridge Chair of Clinical Pharmacology, NIHR Research Professor, Associate Director at the British Heart Foundation Data Science Centre, Health Data Research UK, Chair of the Board at Professional Record Standards Body. She leads a multidisciplinary research group who are interesting in making and using medicines better using a data science approach. The group have several simultaneous running projects and a network of collaboration. The role of the Project Officer is to support Professor Sofat and the group. Main duties will be diary management, coordinating activities internally and externally, travel arrangements, acting as secretariat for meetings including dissemination of materials and minute taking, helping with grant applications and report submissions (e.g. editorial and submission assistance), purchasing and approvals where necessary.
