Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join our team, based at our new £36m Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre?
We are looking for a team member to support us in delivering an excellent service to our students, staff and wider community.
The successful candidate should be IT literate and a successful communicator, as communicating with our users will be a key part of this role.
You will champion our services and offerings and support all functions of sport across University of Southampton; you will be part of a high performing team who strive to make a positive difference to our users' experience. In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support for fellow colleagues within the Customer Excellence team and must be willing to work on a shift pattern, including work at weekends and bank holidays.
Shift Pattern:
Thursday: 15:30 – 22:30
Friday: 15:30 – 22:30
Saturday: 14:30 – 22:30
Sunday: 14:30 – 22:30
This role is based at Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre (Highfield Campus) and may require travel and work to other sport facilities at The University.
