Event Content Producer

The UUK events team is looking for an events professional to help manage and deliver an ambitious programme of national higher education conferences and stakeholder engagement events.

The post holder will join an experienced and supportive team of five, delivering in-person, online and hybrid events. The events team sits within the wider Strategy, Insight and Member Engagement directorate. The post holder will be involved in developing content for events, briefing speakers as well as other tasks to support the event delivery in advance and on the day.

The role is largely Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, however some out-of-hours working is required (early starts/late finishes on weekdays). Weekend working is not typically required. The role is based in central London, however the post holder can choose to work remotely for up to three days a week. They must be available to attend the office for event days and for other core business reasons.

Please note that Universities UK operates a hybrid working framework involving the opportunity to work from home and in the office. 40% of time averaged over a month to be spent in the office or meeting face to face with stakeholders, allowing 60% of time to be worked from home. All employees are welcome to use their contractual office for their whole working week if that is their preference.
