University of Reading, Scholarship Manager – Permanent, Job Share (21 Hours per week / 0.6 FTE)

An opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team. As a job share (with flexibility over the weekly working pattern) you will play a key role in managing the University’s flagship undergraduate and master’s scholarships and our relationships with a range of external sponsors. Successful delivery of the various schemes is combined with reviewing their effectiveness and developing proposals for further enhancement. The Scholarships Manager also oversees much of the scholarships promotion work – both the communications directed at prospective students and showcasing successful scholars. 

You will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proven ability to work with financial information and data within a framework where policies and processes apply
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks in a busy working environment
