Are you an experienced organisational development professional? Have you led strategic organisational design and development projects and overseen operational learning and development activities? We are looking to strengthen our team through this new role.
Reporting into the Deputy Director of HR the Learning and Organisational Development Manager will play a key role in developing our expertise to support the University in its strategic aspirations. You will lead on a range of organisational development activities to enhance organisational culture and support organisational transformation. You will manage our leadership and management development offer and support bespoke interventions. You will lead a team of learning and organisational development practitioners who deliver services and manage projects across the University.
As a key member of the wider HR leadership team you must be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate an innovative approach to problem solving. You’ll have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels providing advice and support. You will be an experienced leader of change able to demonstrate delivery of successful projects.
