Global Student Recruitment, Marketing and Insights Manager

Are you passionate about data-driven strategies and eager to shape the future of global student recruitment? At Queen's University Belfast, we're looking for a Marketing Insight Manager to lead the Global Student Recruitment Marketing and Insights Team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated marketing plan which will support the Global Student Recruitment strategies across domestic and international markets to attract top talent from around the world.

In this pivotal role, you'll analyse market trends, develop innovative strategies, and provide actionable insights to drive our international recruitment goals.

About the person:

The candidate should have:

• Honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in any subject. OR substantial relevant experience in a business development or marketing role, including UK/EU and International markets at appropriate level as outlined below.
• Significant relevant experience in a business development or marketing role, including UK/EU and International markets which includes:
  • Experience in the development of departmental strategies and plans to maximise competitive advantage.
  • Experience of sourcing, interpreting and utilising data sets to support the development of strategic planning across multiple markets.
  • Experience in leading a team of marketing/business development professionals, directing operational activities in line with desired outcomes.
  • Experience in preparing and producing reports for senior manager which update on progress against strategic interventions.
• Experience of developing relationships at a senior level with key internal and external stakeholders.
