We are looking for two full time Registry Administrators to join our small and friendly Regulations and Casework team that sits within the newly formed Directorate of Academic Regulation, Support and Enhancement.

The Directorate is committed to continuous improvement of the student experience and the processes and systems we use to manage it. Based in a central department and working collaboratively across the institution, you will be adept at working across teams to achieve goals.

The main purpose of the role is to take primary responsibility for day-to-day operations in relation to the management of the student regulatory and procedural framework, student casework and awards.

You will be relied upon to provide expert administrative support in the smooth running of processes or sub-processes within your allocated area of responsibility. The role supports both the Registry Officers and the Senior Registry Officer in the team to deliver customer service excellence and robust statutory compliance.

You will have previous experience of administration in a busy and diverse environment. You will be flexible, solutions-focused and pragmatic. Accustomed to working with a broad range of people, you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Educated to Level 3 (A-Level) or equivalent work experience and with GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, you will be able to communicate effectively and apply regulations and procedure to practical situations. You will also need excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.

We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).

The University is deeply committed to equality and diversity for all its students and staff. We seek to be diverse and inclusive, supporting individuals and groups to fulfil their potential and nurture a sense of belonging. We strive to be an accessible, inclusive employer, removing barriers for all.
