The Opportunity:

The Centre for Population Health Sciences at the Usher Institute within The University of Edinburgh is looking for an experienced mixed methods researcher to lead a team from four LMICs to run a nested process evaluation within the PuRe trial (Pulmonary Rehabilitation in patients with chronic respiratory disease).

The PuRe trial is an exciting collaboration between four LMIC centres and the University of Edinburgh and this post holder will develop and lead the process evaluation in a highly collaborative manner. They will also take the lead on dissemination of the process evaluation findings.

Your skills and attributes for success: 

  • Extensive track record of complex intervention development and mixed methods process evaluation
  • Experience of working with collaboratively with multidisciplinary global research teams
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
