You will liaise with other service providers to ensure that our students receive an efficient service and that our accommodation provision meets the requirements of the contract and the Student Accommodation Code.

You will need to develop a wide knowledge of the university’s accommodation options available so that you can promote university accommodation to students and their families both in person at prospective student events, and virtually via online events and written enquiries, in a professional and enthusiastic way.

You will also need to be able to give advice to enquirers who may need to find housing in the city and be able to offer them guidance on seeking their accommodation.
