Our Information and Library Services Directorate delivers award winning IT services and support, library, academic and digital skills and learning enhancement to staff and students across the university. Our digital mission is to ensure everyone in our community is equipped to effectively use digital services, data and technology with confidence, efficiency and creativity in their learning, teaching, research and organisational support.
You will have a passion for customer service and able to work with a wide range of users in a fast-paced demanding environment either, face-to-face, phone, email or live chat. You will be responsible for ensuring all our users receive excellent IT Support.
We are looking for someone who can support our end users in resolving IT issues. Your responsibilities will include responding to technical queries and issues and resolving these in a timely manner.
This post will be based in Bounty House situated in Greenwich.
