About the role
The successful candidate is expected to be a Clinical Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine with a track record in pedagogy and scholarship and an interest in medical education. This position will form an integral part of the Medical School academic leadership and will be responsible for a number of areas.
The postholder will be expected to develop their own research programme focused on Healthcare Policy Education and Workforce + Intensive Care Medicine] within the context of UCL Medical School research strategy, in conjunction with Royal Free London (RFL).
They will develop an international profile, positioning UCL/RFL at the forefront in this area.
The postholder will be expected to secure successful external funding and undertake a number of leadership activities across the Medical School.

About you
The post holder will have experience of and commitment to multidisciplinary working as well as experience in Medical education scholarship and pedagogy.
For this role it is essential to hold a primary Medical qualification, Higher academic degree (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification (or equivalent).
