About the role

The post holder will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring that the University's agent management policies and processes are compliant with current and emerging regulations and guidelines set out by sector organisations (UKVI, BUILA) and by the University's auditing bodies.
  • Ensure that best practice is adhered to covering areas such as: appointment and training of agents, contract renewals, record keeping, managing commission process, performance monitoring and annual review.
  • Sourcing and managing business reporting data relevant to the agent channel to allow for monitoring both individual and collective agent performance across key metrics.
  • Maintain an accurate database of contracts and contacts to facilitate timely issuance and renewal of contracts, data-led decision making and performance incentivisation and management.
  • Lead on constant process review and improvement to ensure optimal efficiency in the management of the agent channel.
  • Facilitate global agent training activity including development and dissemination of training as required.
  • Coordinate with International Office staff including the Senior International Officers and International Officers to support and ensure that the University delivers a high-quality service across our global agent network, driving performance of each agent and of the wider agent channel.

About you

You will have previous experience of managing complex processes, gathering and manipulating data and fostering productive relationships.  You will have strong skills in project management and data analysis with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to work highly efficiently and effectively to deliver results.

Your cultural sensitivity and communication skills enable you to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. With a proven track record in delivering results under pressure, you bring a proactive and innovative approach to challenges. Previous experience associated to management of international recruitment agents is highly desirable.
