We are seeking an experienced and well organised administrator to provide Faculty operations management support, with primary responsibility for a range of Human Resources and EDI related activity. As the Professional Services contact for Staff Experience and Staff Development in the Faculty, relating to the People Culture & Inclusion portfolio, the main areas of responsibility of the post include: 

  • Collaborating closely with the Senior Operations Manager and fellow Assistant Manager to ensure seamless coordination and achieve operational excellence in all aspects of the Operations portfolio
  • Working closely with the Associate Dean for People, Culture & Inclusion to develop and implement the EDI and People, Culture & Inclusion strategies and processes in the Faculty
  • Leading on activities to further develop the Faculty culture and community, including the Staff Survey reporting and action planning
  • Supporting administrative processes for recruitment, probation, promotions, disability support, Discretionary Pay Review and Annual Development Review
  • Line management and supervision of the relevant staff within the portfolio

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting/attending meetings, knowledge of HR administration processes and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work effectively and flexibly to meet deadlines will be essential, as will excellent communication skills and a high level of IT literacy.
