The role
Working with the Head of Research Compliance, you would contribute to the strategic and operational development of the team by being involved in the creation, improvement and management processes administration, and operational procedures. You will often serve as the ‘front door’ ensuring the customers receive a high-quality, streamlined and consistent service and acting as the main point of contact for team operational aspects, the role holder will also represent the team at events, and manage and organise team communications, training, and knowledge management activity.

We are looking for someone with pro-activity, creativity and organisation that can work closely with the Head of Team as well as the team generally to be part of the team’s evolution of continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with drive to engage in a constantly changing and fast-paced area of work that will help the Team manage and adapt processes as the regulatory landscape shifts.
The role will be a hybrid role.
You will be required to obtain Enhanced BPSS Clearance.
