An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the Public Engagement and Events team and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high-quality customer support and assist the Public Engagement and Events team by undertaking varied administrative duties including drafting reports, answering queries and maintaining finances. You will also assist in the procurement of equipment, monitor and maintain systems and support new starters.
You will have five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualification or experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Previous experience in procurement processes, budget management and/or updating websites and event management systems is also essential.
This full-time post is available from 1 October 2024 on an indefinite basis.
