International Student Recruitment Manager

The purpose of the International Student Recruitment Manager is to develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries/regions in order to support university wide international student recruitment objectives.

You will have responsibility for:

• close collaboration with a range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the University, including with Schools and Agents 
• organising and representing the University at recruitment events, virtually and in-country
• line management of an International Student Recruitment Officer
• formulating effective student recruitment plans, with high quality market analysis using both qualitative and quantitative data
• be the principal resource of international student recruitment expertise within the institution for their market portfolio

You will have experience of working in a student recruitment role with previous experience of organising and executing student recruitment activity is. 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required and you will be comfortable at building and maintaining relationships with partners and agents. You will also need to have excellent data and analysis skills.
