About the role:
As Head of Educational Partnerships you will be recognised as a critical member of a highly skilled and collegiate team, all dedicated to the innovative delivery of world-class education. This is a senior role within the Faculty Education Office, working in close partnership with the Associate Dean of Educational Partnerships to drive the strategy and day-to-day activities of the Collaborative Partnerships Office. Established in 2010, the Collaborative Partnerships Office is an experienced team with a global outlooking, working with partners to design, develop and deliver a wide variety of projects in the field of medical education.
What you would be doing:
You will work closely with Faculty leadership, Imperial stakeholders, and external contacts, to secure and develop opportunities that align with the Faculty’s educational and international strategies. Whether major projects, such as the establishment of a new medical school, or broader objectives, for example increasing international student numbers through partnership activity, you will apply your experience and knowledge of international partnering to deliver projects of significant reputational and financial value for the Faculty of Medicine.
What we are looking for:
Confident in working with stakeholders at the highest institutional level, you will serve as an ambassador for the Faculty, on and away from campus, representing and championing the outstanding medical and biomedical education for which we are known. Experience of working with overseas partners is also a must, as is the ability to draft robust business cases and proposals for both internal and external audiences.
What we can offer you:
This role offers variety, challenge, and opportunity for significant professional growth to the right candidate. It provides an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in international partnership development and management who may be looking for a more strategic role within either the Higher Education or Medical Education sectors.
