Applications are invited for an ORCHID Operations Administrator, to join the ORCHID team working in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences on a research programme involving large primary care datasets, and national agencies, other Universities, and collaborators across the country to deliver world class research and surveillance insights.

The successful applicant will work with the ORCHID Senior Programme and Operations Managers to run ORCHID related activities. Responsibilities will include managing enquiries and ORCHID project applications, liaising with all parties involved, working with projects through their lifecycles and close out, and ensuring that all guidelines, standard operating procedures, and protocols are followed.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels to establish productive, collaborative working relationships. You will have with a significant track record of providing comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and you will also have a proactive approach to process change and help us develop and improve our internal processes.

You will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Gibson Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work. There will be the opportunity for occasional remote working and you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.

The position is full-time and funded for two years in the first instance.
