We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Events Officer to join the Schools and Colleges Liaison Team within Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment.
As Recruitment Events Officer, you will co-ordinate, manage, and maintain key administrative systems, projects, events, and processes that support recruitment events and activities, including the line management of a team of Recruitment Event Co-ordinators.
You will be responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of events including (but not limited to) Open Days (Undergraduate and Postgraduate), Applicant Visit Days, Taster Days, Corporate events/conferences, as well as any other academic led recruitment events.
Educated to degree level or equivalent education, training, or work experience, you will have management or supervisory experience, experience of events management and administration, experience of using a CRM system, as well as an adaptable and flexible approach to work including the ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Regular status checks may also be required, depending on your role.
This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months, however, as the post is linked to a maternity absence the end date is subject to change.
