The successful post holder will work with professional service, academic and clinical colleagues across the faculty and with its NHS partners.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral and Craniofacial Sciences as Head of Business Support.
Responsible for business operations, you will have strong experience of managing and developing teams to ensure service delivery at a high level. With a demonstrable track record in budget and financial management you will ensure that faculty resources are effectively allocated and utilised and managed in line with financial regulations, advising the senior leadership team where appropriate. You will have significant experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
As a key member of the faculty’s professional services leadership team, you will work closely with colleagues across the faculty and university building networks and relationships.
This role is offered with the opportunity to work as part of KCL's hybrid working model where you can work between your home and the office throughout the week.
This is a full-time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 31st July 2027
