Who we need

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative senior administrator to lead and co-ordinate the administrative activities that take place across the college’s Highfields and London Road campuses. Working within an administration team of two, you will support the Assistant Principal, Head of Student Experience, Curriculum Managers and relevant curriculum colleagues, to support quality processes through monitoring actions, deadlines and ensuring consistency across the areas. Other responsibilities of this role include:

-Lead and co-ordinate the administrative activities that take place across the Faculty to support all staff and students.

-Liaise with curriculum and professional service teams to ensure the appropriate management of Faculty data.

-In collaboration with the quality team, oversee curriculum based quality processes to ensure timely completion and maintain consistent standards across the Faculty.

-Monitor and track the learner journey via College reporting systems and learner voice activities, and work with curriculum and management teams to ensure the highest standards in the Faculty.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate will have experience of administration management in an education environment and will also need to demonstrate that they can use technologies and will continue to update their skills through CPD. Flexibility, efficiency and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. Other key skills and experience include:

-Excellent organisation skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workloads and work towards tight deadlines

-Proven ability to manage complex projects

-Ability to liaise with teams to develop and streamline administrative processes

-Have experience of working within a challenging environment to lead a team in delivering excellent customer service

-Have a passion, commitment and drive for the impact education can have on the wider Nottingham community
