We are seeking to appoint a high quality and efficient administrative support to the Director of Research and the administration of the World of Work Institute (a collaborative Henley wide project aligned research and careers centre) and to support the research activities of the business school.

This role requires a good understanding of the University systems and processes. The post holder will have some control of their own workload and priorities as well as work without close daily supervision.

The core areas of this post are:

  • Act as key administrator for the World of Work Institute centre.
  • Providing administrative support for Henley research centres.
  • Supporting the work developing Henley’s profile for the UK Research Excellence Framework.

You will have:

  • Experience of Higher Education and Higher Education systems.
  • Demonstrable ability of strong verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. 
  • The enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building one of the world's leading full-service business schools.
