About the Role

As a Partnership Advisor you will provide essential administrative support to our Partnership Office. This role is crucial in maintaining standards and quality within our educational partnerships, ensuring an excellent student experience. You will work to set deadlines and effectively prioritise workloads during busy periods, supporting the broader responsibilities of the Partnership Office.

What You'll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Implement administrative processes to support the University’s educational partnerships.
  • Documentation Management: Update and format policies, procedures, and other documents as directed by the Associate Director of Academic Services, preparing them for dissemination to the wider University and its educational partners.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for queries to the partnership team, escalating issues to the relevant team member as appropriate.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and stakeholders across the University.
  • Policy Compliance: Support educational partners in complying with relevant University policies and procedures by following processes and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Committee Servicing: Provide high-quality committee servicing as required.
  • Project Support: Assist the partnership team by providing administrative support for projects and initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a higher education setting.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and correspondence.
  • Ability to use your own initiative to handle tasks and solve problems independently.
