Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of organisational change projects, ensuring a clear demonstration of outcomes and benefits.
They will also contribute to the development of City’s project management office and lead strands of capability and capacity building, across the organisation.
They will promote the benefits of continuous improvement and change and be proactive in seeking new opportunities to bring best practice to City, supporting the CSU vision to “Engage, Inspire, Empower”.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering projects within a complex organisation, ensuring positive change in ways of working.
Their experience will include all aspects of project management and delivery – from diagnostics through to implementation and embedding new practice, working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
They will bring qualifications or experience in different methodologies, and be able to demonstrate how they have delivered good outcomes through good governance, planning, risk and benefits management.
