Background
Property & Facilities is a busy department delivering a diverse range of services to staff, students, and visitors to the University, which includes Timetabling, Project Management, Security, Maintenance and Facilities. The role sits within the Capital Projects Team.
Responsibilities
To be responsible for assisting in the delivery of objectives and outputs for specific capital projects which contribute to the University’s Vision and Estates Strategy. To manage minor & capital projects including budget , programme and risk management.
The postholder will have management responsibility for more than one scheme as well as contributing to capital projects under the direct management responsibility of others
Person Specification
Good Communication skills , Good time management, provide property related experience, experience managing projects, ability to manage good relationships and problem solving skills.
