Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a full time Access and Outreach Officer to work with the Tutor for Access in the delivery of the College’s schools outreach programmes. The post-holder will also need to work closely with a large team of student volunteers, graduate students, and academics. The College has a significant and substantial access and outreach programme which it will seek to further develop in future years.
Salary: £28,759 to £33,966 pa (discretionary to £37,099), depending on skills and experience (Grade 5 of the University Salary Scale).

The post-holder will support the activities of the Tutor for Access and these include, but are not limited to:
The working hours are: 36.5 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday, as well as some occasional evening and weekend work.
