About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cultural Management and Digitalisation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping Bellagio Marble Ideas enhance its business and manufacturing processes, enabling them to achieve their growth objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

You will have a significant impact on the company by identifying inefficiencies, developing innovative solutions, and implementing best practices that optimise operations. As the Cultural Management and Digitalisation Lead, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of an Innovate UK awarded management KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) between Warwick Business School/WMG and Bellagio Marble Ideas. The aim of this project is to support the recent business merger of Bellagio Stone & Marble ideas, reveal process and productivity benefits, and deliver a culture change that unites the two companies. By providing the tools and strategies necessary, you will help Bellagio Marble Ideas become a major leader in their market.

The role offers up to 21 days holiday per annum with a 40.5 hour working week to promote a good work-life balance. It is based at Bellagio Marble Ideas in Warwick and the role will require regular visits to their facility in Slough.

The job also offers up to £4,000 for training and development, boosting the post holder's expertise and skills for a rewarding career in research or industry.
