This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Reading’s award-winning Careers Centre as a Project Manager (Careers) leading on our Thrive mentoring programme and the Reading Experience and Development (RED) Awards.
Our Thrive mentoring programme helps students to connect with an industry professional, encouraging support, collaboration, and guidance at a key stage in their university experience, while the RED Awards are the University of Reading’s Official Skills Awards and are available to all students in order to help them make the most of extra-curricular actives and experiences on offer outside of their degree.
You will contribute to providing a transformative student experience, developing and managing programmes supporting our students to engage with professional and personal development opportunities, enabling them to articulate their achievements and secure career success.
You will by working collaboratively with the wider Careers Team, and a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
