An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Website and Portal Assistant to join a busy digital team overseeing UEA's website and portal. This role will be involved in the management of content for the university's digital presence, producing visual and written content.
You’ll work on an exciting range of content projects, aimed at putting UEA in a leading position online within the Higher Education sector.
Working closely with colleagues from the website and portal operations team (ITCS/ARM) and the wider university, you will support the organisation in identifying, writing and updating web content for the website and portal.
This role will also be positioned to deliver ongoing web editor training sessions, supporting the Governance, Training & Microsites Officer. The role will require liaison with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You will play an important part in delivering a first-class internal customer service to website & portal users within the university. A good understanding of using website CMS platforms, website quality management and exceptional written and clear presenting skills are essential to a successful application.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2024.
