Student Living are excited to offer an opportunity for an Allocation & Sales Manager for occupancy (Accommodation).

Primary Responsibility: Lead the Allocation & Sales Service Team to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue for student and guest accommodation while delivering exemplary customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the allocations and sales service team.
  • Support university recruitment plans through effective accommodation management.
  • Develop annual service business plans and oversee projects.
  • Manage negotiations and operational activities with accommodation providers.
  • Implement business/marketing strategies to support service promotion.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve income/expenditure/debt queries.
  • Manage student and stakeholder satisfaction issues, including complaints.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to monitor invoicing and payments.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation across the university.
  • Participate in an on-call leadership rota.
