We have an opportunity for a Clinical Research Fellow.
This is a fixed-term Clinical Research Fellowship (1 year with an option to extend to 2 years subject to additional funding) designed, principally, to support cardiovascular and heart failure-related research across different hospitals in Greater Glasgow & Clyde (GG&C) Health Board, Lanarkshire NHS and the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, funded jointly by University of Glasgow (50%) and Lanarkshire R&D (50%).
Appointees will work under the supervision of Professor Berry, School of Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health and Dr Robin Weir and Dr David Carrick, Consultant Cardiologists in University Hospital Hairmyres. The candidate must be willing and able to work on different sites but would not be expected to commute between sites on a single working day.
This post is full time, fixed term for up to 12 months with an option to extend to 2 years subject to additional funding.
