About the Job
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to provide data analysis and insights to inform the strategic and day-to-day use of our digital channels for student recruitment. They will provide specialist professional advice and guidance to colleagues within the wider External Relations Directorate and deliver data insight to ensure our online activities are targeted and measured effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of tracking and reporting on ROI for digital marketing activity using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio. They should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain, present, and advise on data insights to colleagues at all levels.
Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Power BI is desirable.
