The role
The Undergraduate Recruitment Team – within the Student Journey team – are responsible for the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of all undergraduate recruitment activity, including the annual cycle of UCAS fairs, Open Days, Offer Holder Events, Campus Tours and Virtual events, with the aim of attracting and recruiting the best students to the University of Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, professional team working with key stakeholders inside and outside the University to deliver a programme of activity to ensure we attract the best students from the most diverse backgrounds.
This post will act as the day-to-day lead on key elements in the planning and delivery of exceptional recruitment events. This will include continually improving our events provision, logistical support for such activity, managing student workers and enquiries as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders and enhancing customer service.
What will you be doing?
You will be a part of the team delivering a programme of pre-application and offer holder events. These include UG Open Days, Offer Holder Events, Virtual Bristol, and Campus Tours.
With the support of the Undergraduate Recruitment Officer, you will act as the day-to-day lead on key elements in the planning and delivery of exceptional recruitment events.
