About the role

The Institute of Coding (IoC) wish to appoint a Data & Reporting Officer. 

This role is integral to understanding the outcomes and impacts of the projects and programmes of the IoC, communicating those outcomes to a range of stakeholders and placing them in a wider context. 

Working closely with operational colleagues and reporting to the IoC’s Head of Operations, you will lead on the collation and analysis of IoC programme data, building on existing work to extend the quality and depth of IoC datasets. 

You will explore existing data, drawing out evidence to support project aims and outcomes, and providing insights to shape and guide future initiatives. You will hold a series of key relationships with stakeholders across the consortium

You will lead on:

  • developing evaluation frameworks for IoC programmes
  • building networks to advance this work
  • valuing and facilitating knowledge exchange in support of best practice sharing

About you

We are ideally looking for someone who is: 

  • Able to identify, analyse and interpret trends in data.
  • Structured and creative in their approach, finding and implementing solutions to complex problems across multiple institutions.
  • Experienced in managing key stakeholder relationships effectively and engaging with staff at all levels within multiple organisations.
  • Highly skilled in a range of IT software to effectively communicate and present information and data to a range of key stakeholders (PowerBI is a definite advantage).

This is a full-time position for a fixed-term period until July 2025.
