Central is searching for a Digital Product Manager who can develop and deliver innovative solutions for Central’s projects, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and external partners, to help achieve our goals. We are looking for a self-starter who has a strong technical knowledge and expertise to manage products/systems alongside Product Owners. As Digital Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing our portfolio of work and embedding new knowledge and skills within the team. You’ll demonstrate a strong technical expertise to ensure that Central’s systems are integrated to promote ‘single sources of truth’ as well as be experienced with current standards for cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and web accessibility.

Working in a dynamic team, the role will have responsibility of all aspects of Product Management, including chairing Product Owner Group meetings to ensure that changes and/or new initiatives are aligned with and do not affect the operations of another Product. The role holder is also expected to be the primary escalation point for business applications and will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that Products are kept up to date according to modern best practice.

This is a new role and it is expected that the Role Holder will help define Central’s overall Application Strategy and Architecture, putting in place controls that will ensure that existing applications and newly adopted ones are well integrated and secure.
