This postholder will ensure that the infrastructure, policy frameworks and processes, and resourcing models that support the WMG Education portfolio are high quality, fit for purpose, and effective. As part of the WMG Education Executive, the role will contribute to the WMG Education Strategy, directly supporting the Pro Dean and Associate Deans, and working alongside the Director of Education Professional Services, Head of Education Operation and Student Services to take a lead on managing its operationalisation and administration, including:
In order to fulfil the majority of these duties effectively, candidates need skills, knowledge and demonstrable experience in designing, developing and implementing IT based systems to support operations.
About You
This postholder will have significant experience in managing academic administrative processes in education. We are particularly seeking a highly motivated individual who will ensure that the infrastructure, policy frameworks and processes, and resourcing models that support the WMG Education portfolio are high quality, fit for purpose, and effective.
Therefore, the postholder will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality assurance, policy, regulations, accreditation, workload planning, timetables and also the technical ability to create local online systems to support education through data analysis and process improvements.
