As Manager of the AMRC and satellite Sites you will be responsible for the leadership and management of maintenance services across the University’s satellite sites at AMRC Catcliffe, Wales, Preston and Derby. This includes mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance using a combination of in-house staff and specialist contractors.  You will ensure that all works meet the standards and requirements set down by University specifications, procedures and legislative requirements.  As part of the Engineering & Maintenance Team you will work alongside the Head of Engineering & Maintenance and other Location Managers to identify and establish procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the wider team.
