Calls from both research and practice emphasise the inability of traditional construction methods to meet the government’s housing goals. Meeting the set goals exacerbates the need to change the ways places are delivered. By changing the longstanding traditional construction methodologies onto a more controlled environment; circular, societal, and sustainable benefits can be widely realised.
