Said Business School is renowned for its world-class MSc and Diploma programmes, which form a significant part of our executive degree portfolio. Generating an annual revenue of £26 million in tuition fees, we aim to grow this to £30 million+ in the coming years. Our executive degree students are mature, highly articulate and expect the highest standards of education and service delivery. As Programme Manager, you will ensure the quality and delivery of our executive degree programmes. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to translate Oxford Said’s strategy into operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the project management of Executive Degrees, from pre-arrival timetabling and programme setup through to programme completion.
- Act as the first point of contact for all student queries, conduct Course Rep meetings and provide expert advice on university policies and procedures.
- Support Senior Programme Managers in monitoring programme budgets, implementing procurement processes and managing expenditure.
- Collate, analyse and report on student evaluation data, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in supervising and allocating work to Programme & Materials Officers.
You will have successful experience in project or event management within a higher education or professional setting, demonstrating the ability to meet tight and changing deadlines without compromising quality. You should have experience managing budgets, working collaboratively to achieve objectives and demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills. The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
