If you have excellent team management skills and are passionate about creating a positive customer experience, this is an excellent opportunity to lead the front of house team at London College of Fashion (LCF).
You will oversee the provision of a fully functional reception service for prospective and current students, staff and external visitors to LCF.
You will ensure the Front of House (FOH) coordinators respond to enquiries and they are successfully resolved comprehensively and with excellent customer service.
You will also support the Head of College Operations in reviewing current FOH services to define new systems and processes and proactively seek improvement in the student and visitor experience as part of this activity.
Building and developing relationships with both current and future FOH partners / stakeholders at London College of Fashion Eastbank is also a key requirement.
About you
You will have experience in supervising and motivating a team and the ability to set clear objectives and manage performance. This experience will have been gained working in a front line, customer focused role where you will have acquired an excellent understanding of good practice in relation to customer service and support.
The ability to lead and motivate a team is equally important.
