Fixed term contract

The role of Student Recruitment Officer: Events is critical in ensuring that the aims and objectives of the Student Recruitment Team are achieved. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Events Team Leader, you will work closely as part of the team to ensure that applicants, enquirers and academic colleagues receive a consistently high level of service based on best practice principles and that conversion is maximised.

You will work as part of a team responsible for managing a wide range of enquirer and applicant services from course enquiries to open days and clearing support. We’ll need you to be flexible and customer focused and to ensure excellent working relationships with colleagues throughout the University.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of student recruitment, particularly in co-ordinating recruitment activity such as Open Days and Offer Holder Days. You will have experience of working with a wide range of different stakeholders and a strong understanding of course provision and the unique selling points of our academic areas.

The role is ideal for someone committed, enthusiastic and flexible who is passionate about student recruitment.
