Job description

IT Services is largely based in Holywell Park, a beautiful area of our green campus with a large car park, good public transport links and next to Burleigh Woods. Loughborough IT came top in the National Student Survey for IT resources & facilities in supporting learning for 2021 & 2022.

The Role: 

As part of the role, you will be involved in delivering the Labs Windows Service and be involved in the new Digi-Labs project helping to deliver a new multi-boot solution.

In addition, you will be involved in application packaging, repackaging, and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies. Experience in centrally managing endpoints using all EUE management tools such as Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory and Group Policy is essential. 

About your team: 

As part of the End User Environment Team, you will be joining 8 other End User Professionals. This friendly and diverse team is responsible for providing expert support and development on a wide range of End User Services such as the managed Windows lab and staff services; Mac services; Printing; Software packaging and licensing. EUE achieve its goals by collaborating with each other and key stakeholders across the university.
