Social Media Marketing Officer

The role will also work with market leads to deliver digital campaigns to meet recruitment targets set as part of the marketing plan.  

Requirements for the role:

• Experience of working with a range of social media channels, optimising content across different platforms
• Experience of managing and reporting on Social Paid / Search and Display campaigns for both prospecting and remarketing approaches
• Experience of analysing and reporting on online user behaviour practice using web analytics and other appropriate data
• Experience of planning, creating, delivering, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities for the role:

• Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Assist the team leader in creating an annual social media content plan to raise visibility of the subject portfolio and pathways.
• Creating captivating organic content across all central brand social media channels, ensuring content has a high visual and influential impact and delivers a consistent, professional tone of voice to raise the college’s reputation among a range of audiences, increasing followers, shares, and positive engagement.
• To develop, deliver and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Social Paid, Display and Search) with the marketing team to advise on the best approach for campaigns.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton but with travel to our other campuses. This is a great place to live with plenty of social and other facilities together with great transport links.
