Programme Delivery Manager

Our Executive Education division is poised for significant growth, with plans to double our revenue over the next three years. We aim to deliver exceptional B2C learning programmes that reinforce our reputation as a top global business school. We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Executive Education programmes. This role will ensure seamless execution of our in-person, blended and online programmes worldwide. You will play a crucial role in managing programme delivery services, maintaining high standards and ensuring an excellent experience for all participants.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Portfolio Managers and Programme Sales teams to plan and execute open enrolment programmes.
• Lead strategic and operational aspects of each programme, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines.
• Co-create and operationally own programme budgets.
• Contribute to team working groups and projects, playing a key role in Executive Education and school-wide initiatives.
• Line manage a Programme Manager and Programme Coordinators, including training, appraisals, performance and absence management.

You will have demonstrable project management experience, adept at handling multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality. You should also have people management experience within matrix structures and be skilled in client and budget management.
