This is a unique opportunity to join the digital transformation programme as a Lead Business Technologist working inside the Workflow, Automation and AI competency centre, on a two-year fixed term contract and play a key role in the success of the programme.

About the Role
As part of the Foundation Phase of the Digital Transformation Programme, we have established Competency Centres focused on Workflow, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. These small, dynamic teams act as go-to experts and developers of these key technologies.
As a Business Technologist, you will play an active role in the University’s Workflow and Automation centre, enhancing user experience and services through technology application and continuous improvement activities.
This role is diverse and demanding. You might perform a process review, support an improvement project, build continuous improvement skills in teams and individuals, and act as a reliable expert and coach in workflow and automation. Collaboration is key, as you will work with people across the organisation, including senior leaders and sponsors, championing process improvement, continuous improvement, workflow, and automation.
