We are currently Recruiting for a number of exam Invigilators to join us on a Casual, Fixed term basis. The role is to ultimately support students during exam periods throughout the Academic year. The role would suit those who are looking for flexible hours - Please ensure you are available during core times.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial preparation stage, exam completion and candidate follow up.
  • Ensuring the correct conduct of external examinations is carried out in accordance with JCQ regulation.
  • Carrying out invigilation across several College centres and Apprentice workplaces.
  • Informing candidates that they are subject to the regulations of the examination and announce clearly when the exam starts/ finishes.
  • To maintain confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
  • Ensure Clerical work is adhered to, working as part of a team.
  • Ensure that any unauthorised materials brought into the examination room are handled accordingly.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who hold Clerical / Administration experience. Specific experience as an Invigilator is not essential as full training can be provided, however, would be highly beneficial.
