As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking for high-calibre people to join our Widening Participation team as Senior Access Manager
The Widening Participation Team delivers the University’s work to support students from underrepresented backgrounds to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a well-established and respected department. As Senior Access Manager, you will work with the Widening Participation and Domestic Student Recruitment teams to lead on the delivery of Access work at the University to increase the enrolment of students from underrepresented groups and raise the attainment and aspirations of learners from underrepresented groups in schools and other learning environments. As chair of the Access Working Group of the Widening Participation and Access Committee, you will develop the University’s Access strategy across all areas of the University, and ensure this work is evidence-led and evaluated robustly.
You will be/have experience of working in a widening participation, EDI or student recruitment role. You will also have experience of managing multiple projects and strong communication skills.
